The website is informational

The Site describes the Daylight product and lets you request a demo or pricing. It is for general information only.

The Daylight service is separate

Any actual provision of the Daylight platform is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the customer. These Terms do not create a service relationship, and nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services. Pricing described on the Site is indicative and may change; specific pricing is provided in writing for your group.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false or unauthorized information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Your submissions

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting it, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
